And yes its been scoring low on the visuals but the other aspects of the game are so good the overall scores have been high.
The handling makes GT4 and PGR3 feel like mario kart.
Which is good. Because now Polyphony will try even harder to make GT5 even better.
And i will buy GT5 too.

With TF2, Quake wars, Halo3 and UT3 within a few months of each other i think i will have forgotten her name come October.

and now that its known that both consoles are similar in power it would be even better with 360 vs PS3 online together. Then we could really have a console war.
I wonder if some of that processing power could be syphoned off and used for the understanding of A.I.
Once true A.I. is accomplished then developers can get computers to write games for them in weeks rather than years. So us gamers can get kick ass titles more often.

I use an 32inch LG which does 1:1 pixels through vga so the picture is always razor sharp. And it was cheap :-)

I sit 8 feet from a 32 inch 720p LCD. At that distance my human eyes cannot see jaggies.
Maybe if you have bird eyes to go with your bird brain you can see jaggies.
Or you worship at the temple of sony and sit 4 feet from a 52inch bravia. If thats the case then everything has jaggies.

And i will buy a PS3 once there are some games i want to play.(GT & MGS) I've owned PS1 and PS2.
But i'm old enough to remember a time before Playstation so i have no allegiance with any one manufacturer. I go with the games. And right now thats MS.

Racers use GT because the tracks are accurate not because the physics are correct.
